Welcome to CIPO- Your Reliable Source for Information on EVMWD's
Capital Improvement Program
Welcome to the Capital
Improvement Program Office (CIPO), your convenient and reliable source for
information about Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District's (EVMWD's) $110
million Capital Improvement Program. The Capital Improvement Program consists of
30 individual projects designed to enhance the water distribution and treatment
systems that provide safe and reliable water to Elsinore Valley residents.
Program construction began in January 2007, with all projects expected to be
completed by December 2008.
CIPO was developed to
improve the way these projects are completed and delivered to the Elsinore
Valley community. By creating a centralized project delivery office, it is
possible to move projects more quickly and efficiently towards completion. At
this time, there are over 30 projects at various stages of delivery. The
majority of the projects are water and wastewater infrastructure improvement
contracts. CIPO serves as a single point of contact for coordinated design and
construction efforts, from planning to final construction completion.
This Web site serves as a
host for capital improvements and showcases the district's new approach to
capital project delivery. Information on current and upcoming projects is
accessible through an easy-to-use interface. We encourage you to visit the CIPO
Web site often for the latest construction information and project updates.
The SmartMap is a dynamic map of all CIP
projects. Enter any address and the
interactive SmartMap will display the CIP construction projects in the vicinity.
